Visa and Mastercards

in the mastercard commercial, it shows some random stuff and says "for everything else there's mastercard." what does this mean? why do they show some random things? is it trying to say mastercard is the only way to buy stuff?

  1. its basically saying that mastercard is good for everything you can buy but for every thing say a "a full house" priceless or "love" priceless basically its things you cant buy but it lets you buy the things that make those thing happen!!!
  2. Mastercard is trying to show some stuff that can be bought by money and at the end something that cannot. The credit card company is trying to show that, though the best things in life are free, it is easier to achieve it thru something that is not free. This is a tactic in its advertising because obviously the well known saying that that "the best things in life are free" doesn't do any good to the product that promotes spending. So instead of breaking tradition, which is a very hard thing to do, Mastercard tried to use it to their advantage. So it's still "the best things in life are free" but with the addition of "but the little satisfactions can be bought much easier using Mastercard.".
