How can you use two mastercard gift cards at once on the internet?

How can you use two mastercard gift cards at once on the internet? Can you add the funds to paypal or something? I buy things off the internet with the $50 ones, but i can't order anything that is exactly $50 because paypal charges me a dollar for every transaction.
