Visa cards?

I have heard that you can purchase a visa card and add money to it when ever you need to.I want to know where you can buy this card and how much it is?

1. google prepaid visa and you should get a whole list of them. Or, google secured visa and you'll get a list of those too.
2. i may be called a secured card that u can put money on and it acts like a credit card....
3. You can go to www.visa.com and purchase your reloadable Visa card.
4. From what I understand, you can get any normal visa card and prepay a certain balance. Then, use it like a debt card (w/o the cash withdrawal part). There are several cards out there where you can have a secured line where you prepay a certain amount and have it linked to say a checking account. When the funds are out, just transfer some more onto the card. This is a great way to help young people start budgeting their money. It also works well if you have frequent urges to shop till you drop but don't want to rack up huge credit card debt with high APRs.
