Will you get charged for purchasing something under five dollars with your mastercard?

I accidently purchased an application on itunes. I have sent them an email regarding the mistake but my purchase was charged to my mom 's mastercard. I was wondering if she will get charged for buying something under five dollars. The application was 2.39.
