is there any place online where i can get a free credit report, without entering a credit card number?

i want to check my credit score, but i don't want to enter my credit card number to get it. anyone know of a site where it's actually free to do this?

1. a lot of them are free, but you also get a free one month subscription to something, but when that one month is up, and you forget to unsubscribe to that free service before you get charged, bend over

3. Anualcreditreport.com is the government site. Be careful though. There are spots where the bureaus try to trick you in to paying for extras.
4. AnnualCreditReport.com is the only government approved site to receive your free credit reports. 100% Free and no credit card required. You get your report for free, as required by law, but your credit score will cost extra. But that applies to any website you go to.
5. Each year you are entitled to one free credit report from each of the three credit reporting agencies from the following site: https://www.annualcreditreport.com/cra/i... You can get all three reports at the same time, or get them at different times during the year. Note: Despite the misleading name, https://www.freecreditreport.com charges for credit reports. Don't fall for the gimmick.
