How can I make a free international credit card on web?!?

I wana make a free credit card(I mean 0$ not 0.01$)... I want to find some online job but first I should have a credit card and the problem is that I can't make an international credit card in my country so I wana make it with web!!! can u help me or write me some websites for this work!!!? tnx

1. What on earth are you talking about? Most of what you just said makes no sense at all.
2. You need to go to your bank and make an account there. Apply for a credit card. I would think that any credit card no matter where it came from can be used internationally.
