How to get a 5 dollar credit card free?

Well ive been trying to do offers for a freebie site that does actually work and i need 5 dollars. They only accept credit and debit but i dont have either. Dont wanna steal parents card cuz thats dumb and dont have money to go to the store and get prepaid card. I know how to get one for free but just for verification i need a prepaid card it would be awesome if someone could give me a link where i can get at least dollar prepaid card thanks.
