can you use visa gift cards in Singapore?

hi i just got a lot of visa gift cards and i was wondering if it would be accepted there... thankz!

1. I don't know the factual answer to your question but one consideration is the currency in which the visa gift cards were purchased in. I had a GAP gift card in US$ and decided not to spend it here since the face amount stated $50 and the clerks might think it's $50 Singapore instead of US.
2. No, only for use in issue bank own countries not international.
3. No, unless the visa gift card is issued by a company that has its representatives in Singapore or outlets in Singapore. You have to check with the issuer for that issue.
