1. 1 yes you can get different currency but there is charges and stuff to do it. 2. yes it is the 3 digit number on the back of the card. yes keep it secret otherwise you might get scamed.is the site your using a well know site then it should be ok. the https i never heard of sorry not sayin it don't exist :update gf says this : indicates that HTTP is to be used, but with a different default port (443) and an additional encryption/authentication layer between HTTP and TCP.
